Trident — AI-assisted engineering framework

From requirements to verifiable delivery.

Trident is Orqestraa’s AI-assisted engineering framework. We use it to build Orqestraa Marketplace, connecting planning, implementation and independent verification through recorded evidence. Our team reviews and accepts the work. Trident is not a separately available commercial product.

  • From Epic to Implementation

An epic is planned into stages, the Builder is dispatched and implements a stage, and mechanical checks are recorded.

Video description: Read-only historical records from a sanitized test repository show an epic planned into stages, recorded Builder implementation, a commit and mechanical check results. Both stages are recorded complete; current validity was not assessed. This is a recording with no sound, not a live run.

    Steps shown in this video

    1. Engine records are shown read-only: a captured, finished epic.
    2. Requirements are planned into stages: tags on customers, then filtering customers by tag.
    3. The Engine determines the next action and dispatches the Builder (recorded events).
    4. An AI Builder implements the stage: recorded outcome SUCCESS and verdict READY_FOR_VERIFICATION, with its own report.
    5. The change is committed, with recorded launch, start and end times.
    6. Mechanical checks run: 5 passed, 0 failed, 0 gaps; gate PASS.
    7. Both stages complete. Current validity was not assessed.
  • Independent Verification and Recovery

A rehearsal on a copy of a real epic: a failed Builder start is recovered, then an independent AI Verifier checks the work, reports a finding and tests each acceptance criterion.

Video description: A read-only rehearsal on a copy of an epic shows an interrupted Builder start, recovery, a subsequent implementation and independent Verifier review. A non-blocking finding is retained; checks detect a deliberate fault for each of five acceptance criteria. The stage is recorded verified and landed on the rehearsal copy only. This recording has no sound and does not establish current validity elsewhere.

    Steps shown in this video

    1. The Engine records each Builder dispatch of the stage.
    2. The first Builder attempt fails before it starts. It is recorded as interrupted, with the reason, and the Engine flags that recovery is required.
    3. After recovery, a second attempt runs with a different Builder provider: recorded outcome SUCCESS and verdict READY_FOR_VERIFICATION, with a commit.
    4. An independent AI Verifier reviews the work: verdict READY_FOR_GATE, 1 finding, 0 blocking. Its run is recorded at about 85 minutes.
    5. The Verifier reruns the stage checks: 7 passed, 0 failed.
    6. The finding is reported even though it does not block: the first rerun lacked the offline build cache, and the rerun with it passed.
    7. In this rehearsal, each of the 5 acceptance criteria was tested, and a deliberate fault introduced for each was detected.
    8. The Engine then recorded the stage as VERIFIED and landed it, on the rehearsal copy only.

A read-only Control Center presents historical delivery records. Evidence warnings remain visible; a displayed record is not a promise that every criterion passed.

Independent verification is part of the process.

Builder and Verifier roles keep implementation and assessment separate. Review recorded findings, missing evidence and the decisions that followed.
